Tahoma, the Native American name for Mt. Rainier, means roughly "the mountain that is god." This is a powerful work in three movements (River, Forest, Wind) encompassing the force and unpredictability of this mountain. Scored for Solo Bassoon (or Cello/Clarinet), 6 C Flutes, Alto Flute (or C Flute), and Bass Flute. This is truly an innovative addition to the flute choir repertoire!
