"During my professional career as a trumpet player, I have studied many practice books. The problem is to find the best one for yourself that offers enough variety in your daily preparation.

The idea for this method book came to me after frequent complaints from my students about boring everyday exercises. I therefore decided to put together a variety of technical and warm-up exercises for each day of the week. I have also included many alternative methods to make the mostly monotonous trumpet routine more interesting."

These methods and exercises are also used by Jouko Harjanne in his daily lessons. The book consists of 88 pages divided into 7 days. There are varied practical exercises for each day of the week.
